High-Speed Micro Centrifuge BZHM-501

High-Speed Micro Centrifuge BZHM-501 is built for high-speed accuracy ±20rpm and quick acceleration and deceleration. High-speed control, accuracy, and excellent centrifugation are all partly attributable to microcomputer control. It has two operational parameters: "Timed" and "Continuous," and also the "PULSE" function for quick spins. A brushless DC motor and an airflow design to prevent sample heating are also notable features. It has a biosafety confinement lid and an aluminum alloy rotor.

  • For better readability, a large LED display is provided
  • 15100 × g centrifugal force and 15000 rpm max speed
  • Equipped with a DC brushless motor system
  • An explosion-proof and fully enclosed strong inner structural steel is used for full protection
  • The heavy base eliminates vibration and movement while running
  • The airflow leaking design ensures that air flows freely during operation, preventing warm samples from spinning at high speeds
  • High-speed accuracy at ±20 rpm
  • For elevated stability and security, a power lid-locking system is used
  • Speed and time can be adjusted using dedicated 3D digital wheels
  • Up to ten programs can be stored in the configurable operation
  • The lid opens whenever the run is completed
  • When the unit reaches the desired speed, the timer begins
  • Pulse provides fast spins
  • System for rapid acceleration and braking
  • It comes with an aluminum rotor with a rotor capacity of 1.5/2.0/0.2/0.5 mL × 12

It is widely used in clinical, molecular, and microbial applications for small volume samples, quick spin downs, cell and bacteria separations, isolation of macromolecules such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids, and separation of sub-cellular organelles.
